With a blend of professional experience, musical gifting, and a heart for ministry, our leadership team is committed to creating a joyful, Christ-centered environment where students can grow in skill, confidence, and community.
Choral Director
Lauren Ballinger
Lauren Ballinger has been leading choirs and conducting for over 16 years. An engineer by profession and a musician at heart, she has a lifelong love for choral singing and ensemble leadership. Lauren brings a unique blend of precision and creativity to her role, helping students find joy and confidence through music.
Pianist and Assistant Director
Dr. Tyler Parker
Dr. Ty Parker brings over 16 years of experience as a music educator. He currently serves as the Fine Arts Director for Huntsville City Schools. A highly accomplished pianist, Dr. Parker is passionate about nurturing musical excellence and inspiring the next generation of young musicians.
Program Director
Lee Polk
Lee Polk has loved singing since she was three years old and has served in children’s choirs for the past 11 years. With a heart for ministry and a gift for organization, she works behind the scenes selecting music, coordinating events, and helping make the choir experience enriching and memorable for every student.
